Globe Business Park, Marlow

This webpage has been set up to help inform and capture feedback from the public and local stakeholders on existing challenges relating to parking at Globe Business Park (GBP).

The video below summarises information about the current challenges faced by occupiers at GBP and the work that has been undertaken to investigate potential solutions. It outlines a proposed permanent solution for a new Lakeside Car Park on the former tipped land that has been used for the last five years on a temporary basis, to help address the needs of the Business Park and benefit the wider community through improving access to the Country Park (the video can be paused, enlarged, or downloaded).

Quadrant Distribution Centre

This webpage has been set up to inform the public and local stakeholders of an outline application for employment units at Quadrant Distribution Centre that will be submitted to Stroud District Council.

The applicant has already met with the councillors from Hunts Grove and Hardwicke Parish Councils to discuss the proposal and we are now sharing the draft plans for the development.

The video below sets out the site context and relevant plans. (the video can be paused, enlarged, or downloaded). As this is an outline application, the plans and images are for illustration.

The application will seek outline permission for employment units with details of access for determination. It will also set development parameters including overall floorspace, height and use class. The appearance, layout, landscaping, and scale will be agreed later through Reserved Matters applications once operators are secured.

The proposal is in full accordance with the adopted Local Plan which designates this land for employment uses. Once complete and dependent on the end mix of uses, we estimate the site could generate circa 500 new jobs.

If you have any comments, please complete this survey or send us an email at contact@p4planning.co.uk by 24 March 2023. As this consultation period has now ended via the survey, please feel free to contact us with any comments via the email address provided.
