All Saints Street, Bolton

We are preparing a planning application for the redevelopment of two car parks off All Saints Street. The proposal will deliver two four-storey apartment blocks comprising 82no. residential units (Use Class C3) with associated landscaping.

Our proposal is to regenerate these underutilised car parks to provide much needed apartments in a highly sustainable location. The slides below set the context of the site and explain the proposal in a bit more detail, alongside plans and images.
