On behalf of Mileway, Europe’s largest last mile logistics real estate company, we secured planning permission to erect 15 purpose-built employment units in place of existing dilapidated units (riddled with asbestos) at West Hallam Industrial Estate, Derbyshire. This scheme will kickstart Mileway’s wider plans to regenerate the estate. Alongside the proposed photo-voltaic panels that will power part of the wider estate, the replacement units will help de-carbonise operations going forward due to their build quality and low energy demand.
