P4 has provided extensive planning advice for NWTC in relation to their ambitious expansion plans for The Botanist, The Florist and House brands.  This work covers planning applications, advert consents, listed building consents, heritage planning advice, non-material amendments and condition discharges at almost 30 sites throughout the UK including those in Newcastle, York, Bristol, Bath and Cardiff. Most recent work includes non-material amendments to an approved unit, advert consent and discharge of conditions for The Botanist in Warrington, one of the key tenant lets in the town’s new Time Square development.
