Following two public consultation events in Bolton, P4 Planning has submitted plans on behalf of Beechlane Investments for the Trinity Gateway project. The proposed multi-million pound development will transform a key gateway, brownfield site in Bolton town centre that is identified as one of five ‘intervention areas’ in Bolton Council’s £1.5 billion masterplan. Plans include a 20-storey residential tower of 144 apartments, 30,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, a 505-space multi-storey car park and a major area of public open space.
