Quay Central and Park Central, Liverpool

Secured detail planning consent and discharged all relevant planning conditions to enable the early construction of a part 14 and part 8 storey residential block representing first development within the sensitive Central Docks phase of Liverpool Waters.  The application was supported by an Environmental Impact Assessment and required detailed discussions to satisfy Historic England, Natural England and Unesco due to its waterfront location and potential impact on the Liverpool World Heritage Site.
