Liverpool Business Park

P4 achieved full planning permission for a vacant allocated employment site for 4,776 sqm of industrial units. On behalf of PAN Investments Limited, P4 coordinated, submitted and project managed the planning application to determination, including negotiations with the Council on car parking provision, additional tree provision and design. Located in the setting of the listed former Liverpool Airport and associated buildings, the submission included an assessment of the heritage impacts. The application was approved in 2022.
