We are particularly pleased to see our Creams Mill project shortlisted for a national Planning Award this year in the ‘Fewer than 500 home Category’.
Being within designated Green Belt, the permission for 255 affordable and market homes was hard fought and required a two-week public inquiry to robustly demonstrate the case for very special circumstances.

Planning is about judgement and opinion and, in this case, what for one council was unacceptable was found acceptable by the Planning Inspectorate and worthy of shortlisting for a national award by the experienced judges selected by Haymarket Media Group.
