Vanessa joined P4 Planning as Senior Planner in September 2025 after relocating to Manchester from Birmingham.
Since acquiring her masters degree in Town Planning from Anglia Ruskin University, Vanessa has worked in private consultancy. She joins P4 Planning with over 7 years professional experience in various sectors including residential development , listed buildings and commercial development including major logistics projects.
Throughout Vanessa’s professional career, she has taken an interest in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and has been directly involved in several schemes to date supporting on screening, scoping and co-ordination of EIAs. She is keen to continue professional development to hone into these skills.
Outside of the office, Vanessa enjoys everything netball. From actively playing in various divisions throughout the Birmingham League to also umpiring at grassroots level too. Vanessa also like to try new daring things and amongst other adrenaline fuelled activities, she even did a skydive in America and loved it!
