Acting on behalf of an industrial fund, P4 Planning secured full planning approval for 4,687 m² of warehouse accommodation at Appleton Thorn Industrial Estate in Warrington.  Plans comprise a new warehouse with ancillary office space and landscaping, bringing into use the only remaining plot at the successful employment location.  The planning case was complicated by the need to preserve the setting of an adjacent Grade II Listed Barn and by the presence of protected species (Great Crested Newts). The scheme is in line with Warrington’s Draft Local Plan and will help achieve the ambitious targets for employment growth.
